Popcorn FAQs

How long will Campbell’s popcorn stay fresh?

While each flavor of popcorn is different, typically if the product remains sealed in its original packaging, it will last a minimum of one month for lighter “savory” coatings such as Cheezy Corn, etc, but can often last two months or longer, especially for “candy” coatings such as with our Caramelcorn. However, conditions such as the storage environment and humidity may affect the shelf life.

What is the best way to store Campbell’s popcorn?

To maintain freshness, we recommend sealing Campbell’s popcorn in an air-tight Tupperware or Rubbermaid container. You can also use a standard chip-clip to seal your popcorn in its original packaging once it has been opened. However you choose to store it, do not place the popcorn in direct sunlight, near a heat source, or in a moist environment.

Why do some flavors of Campbell’s popcorn weigh more than others?

All of the bagged varieties that we sell on the website are our half-gallon size, which contain roughly 7-8 cups of popcorn. They range in weight from 3.5 oz to 8 oz. The weights vary depending upon the coating on the popcorn. Flavors like caramel corn, for example, weigh more due to the heavier candy coating than would cheese-corn or beer cheddar, which have a lighter coat.

Candy FAQs

What is the best way to store Campbell’s chocolate sweets?

We recommend that you do not store our chocolates, sweets or candy apples in the refrigerator as condensation may form on the product. Rather, we suggest that you place your product in an air-tight, sealed container at room temperature.

At what temperature does the chocolate melt?

Campbell’s chocolate will usually start to melt around 90 Fahrenheit, which is why our chocolates, sweets and candy apples are only available online during the colder winter months.

Do Campbell’s chocolate sweets come into contact with nuts?

All of Campbell’s products, including our chocolates, sweets and candy apples are made in a facility with peanuts and other tree nuts. We cannot guarantee that these, or any of our other products, are completely free of nuts. If you have a specific allergy, or need us to take special consideration with your order, please give us a call and we will do our best to meet your needs.


Cupcake FAQs

What’s the best way to store Campbell’s cupcakes?

We recommend that you do not store Campbell’s cupcakes in the refrigerator as this could dry the product out. Rather, we suggest that you place your cupcake(s) in an air-tight, sealed container at room temperature.

Can I freeze Campbell’s cupcakes?

While we wouldn’t recommend that you freeze Campbell’s cupcakes, if you require a longer term storage solution, you may freeze them as long as they are in a freezer safe container, or ziplock bag.

How long do Campbell’s cupcakes last?

While we recommend that you eat your cupcakes on the same day that you purchase them for optimal fresh-taste, they will typically last up to 3 additional days. Some customers have even told us that they have eaten our cupcakes a week after purchase, and they were still moist and fresh, but this is usually only done with careful attention to handling & storage.

Online Ordering FAQs

I don’t see what I want online; do you have a number I can call to place an order?

What could delay an order?

Weekends, legal holidays, treacherous weather and unexpected circumstances all could potentially delay order processing and shipment

Will I receive an order confirmation?

As long as you provide a valid email address at the time of your checkout, you will automatically receive an email confirmation. When your package ships, you will receive an email from FedEx’s automated tracking service that includes shipment details and a tracking number; if you did not receive this email, please notify us at orders@campbellssweets.com or submitting an inquiry to our contact page.

How long will it take for my online order to ship?

The time it takes to fulfill an order can vary depending on it’s size and complexity, however we try to ship all orders within 2-3 business days, and while we are often able to ship orders out the same day, we cannot guarantee this with every order, particularly with popcorn tins which are filled with fresh popcorn to order. During peak times, such as major holidays, it may take 1-2 business days longer to fulfill an order; keep this in mind as you plan your order. If you need us to expedite the fulfillment of your order, or are concerned about getting your order shipped by a specific date, notify us in the “Order Notes” section during checkout and we will do our very best to ship the order within your time constraints!

How do I track my order?

As long as you provide a valid email address at the time of your checkout, upon shipping your order, FedEx will send you tracking information via email. Use this information according to the instructions of FedEx’s email system or visit fedex.com.

When will I receive my order?

The distance of your order’s recipient address will dictate the amount of travel time. All orders are scheduled to ship within two business days of the time of purchase, during standard Monday – Friday business days.
For example, a FedEx 2Day® order that is placed Friday will likely ship out the following Monday, scheduled to arrive Wednesday.
Ground & Home Delivery shipment delivery-dates are not guaranteed by FedEx. Orders intended for specific delivery dates are not the responsibility of Campbell’s Sweets Factory to guarantee for specific arrival dates; please select the various FedEx options where applicable and plan accordingly.

Do you ship on Weekends?

All shipments and deliveries are scheduled Monday – Friday only (shipments & deliveries that fall on weekday holidays will be postponed for the next business day)

Can I ship to a PO Box?

No; FedEx requires physical addresses and will not deliver to any PO Box numbers.

What about international addresses, Alaska, Canada and Hawaii?

Currently, Campbell’s Sweets Factory ships to continental US addresses only. We do apologize for any inconvenience this creates for our customers that wish to ship abroad.

Can I add a custom message to my order?

Yes, please utilize the “Custom Message” option at the time of checkout. Any information you wish the recipient(s) to be aware of will be conveyed via this custom message option only. We do recommend our customers personally notify order recipient(s) of any further information not-conveyed in the custom message.’

What if the item(s) I selected (including tin design(s), etc) is/are out of stock?

If your selected item is unavailable at the time of your order, you will be notified via email or phone and an alternative item of equal value may be selected.
