The following are frequently asked questions regarding Campbell’s Sweets Factory orders and shipments. Campbell’s Sweets Factory ships most packages with USPS with shipping included already in the price of the order. Business addresses will go FedEx. If you prefer to ship by FedEx or need it to get there more quickly, please choose one of the FedEx options.

How do I use a Campbell’s Gift Card online?
We’re able to exchange your Campbell’s Gift card (aka, Campbell’s “SWEET Card”) for an online coupon code of the same dollar value! Check out our Gift Card Exchange page for more information!
What could delay an order?
Weekends, legal holidays, treacherous weather and unexpected circumstances all could potentially delay order processing and shipment
Will I receive an order confirmation?
As long as you provide a valid email address at the time of your checkout, you will automatically receive an email confirmation. When your package ships, you will receive an email from FedEx’s or USPS’ automated tracking service that includes shipment details and a tracking number; if you did not receive this email, please notify us at orders@campbellssweets.com or submitting an inquiry to our contact page.
How do I track my order?
As long as you provide a valid email address at the time of your checkout, upon shipping your order, FedEx or USPS will send you tracking information via email. Use this information according to the instructions of FedEx’s or USPS’ email systems.
When will I receive my order?
The distance of your order’s recipient address will dictate the amount of travel time. All orders are scheduled to ship within two business days of the time of purchase, during standard Monday – Friday business days.
For example, a FedEx 2Day® order that is placed Friday will likely ship out the following Monday, scheduled to arrive Wednesday.
Ground & Home Delivery shipment delivery-dates are not guaranteed by FedEx. Orders intended for specific delivery dates are not the responsibility of Campbell’s Sweets Factory to guarantee for specific arrival dates; please select the various FedEx options where applicable and plan accordingly. Depending on the region packages sent by USPS are sent Priority Mail 1 day, 2 day or 3 day.
Below is a FedEx Ground map to assist in anticipating the arrival of your order. Note: the day the package ships is not counted as a day in transit and FedEx does not run on major Holidays
Do you ship on Weekends?
All shipments and deliveries are scheduled Monday – Friday only (shipments & deliveries that fall on weekday holidays will be postponed for the next business day)
Can I ship to a PO Box?
FedEx requires physical addresses and will not deliver to any PO Box numbers. USPS will ship to a PO box.
What about international addresses, including Canada?
Currently, Campbell’s Sweets Factory ships to continental US addresses only. We do apologize for any inconvenience this creates for our customers that wish to ship abroad.
Can I add a custom message to my order?
Yes, please utilize the “Custom Message” option at the time of checkout. Any information you wish the recipient(s) to be aware of will be conveyed via this custom message option only. We do recommend our customers personally notify order recipient(s) of any further information not-conveyed in the custom message.’
What if the item(s) I selected (including tin design(s), etc) is/are out of stock?
If your selected item is unavailable at the time of your order, you will be notified via email or phone and an alternative item of equal value may be selected.
